It was a great Whoosh Event! Dr. M.A. Raja, the Senior Oncologist Shared about the amazing facts about his life and our lifestyle!

Last Sunday, it was an amazing Whoosh Event by Dr.M.A.Raja, Oncologist from Apollo. What touched me instantly when I met Dr.M.A.Raja was his huge respect for human emotions. I saw him more as a human than only as a Doctor. He mentioned why he chose to be a Doctor when he was just 7!. It was a well defined goal for him and he made that happen in his life. His grandfather was a Doctor and he saw people walking into his room crying but when they were coming out they were happy. He saw his grandfather as a magician, a person who wanted to wipe off the tears of others. He also wanted to be a magician in others life, a person who can wipe of others tears.

That gave him intense passion to be a Doctor. It was a great story. Obviously that is what made him a great Doctor - The passion to wipe off others tears. It was inspiring!

If you have misses some of his great wisdoms here in I am going to list down for you. Dr.M.A.Raja being a senior Oncologist we definitely had some amazing learnings from him. The crux what really he drove in our minds are here:

A. He brought in the great example of Lance Amstrong, the guy who won cancer. His story was inspiringn and definitely I will share more about him in my postings.

B. Some of the major risk factors that causes cancer:
1. Genes: Though it is one of the major factor there are research studies going on to even rework the genes. I was wondering one day you can walk into a clinic and change your gene and come back. How the life will change and what the way world will look like? Great to think about.

2. Pollution: Be aware of this and follow some basic rules to keep yourself away from pollution.

3. Evolution of Humans: Today because of technology advancements we do little activities with our body and more and more activitiy using brain. Once out of office the brain still have to work on lot of stuff, as you watch TV, as you engage in looking for information online etc. Bring in lot of motion to your body.

4. Food: His classification was simple; a) Cancer causing food b) Clogging food c) Foods boycotted for political or environmental reaons. He told a strong No to Red meat. If you are the one who takes lot of red meat either stop it or reduce it to one third today! If are thinking how, use the techniques of NLP to break your craving for food that you must not take.

5. Mental Status: If your are part of BORN to WIN I dont have to tell you the impact of the mind on the body. Cancer hates people with highly positive attitude. Let cancer hate you. Be there on first sunday of every month for ‘Attract the Outcome You Deserve’ event by 7 am.

6. Smoking: You know the fact? 30% of cancer across the world is becuase of smoking. Simple: Stop it!

7. Life Style: Look at your lifestyle. It has to be energizing. Every day routine of yours must be healthy and energetic.

8. Infections: Remember you have total control on what infections can affect and what cannot. It is about how you eat and what you eat.

It was great to have him here. Definitely it added lots of insight into some of our prespectives of life. I stepped on to the stage and asked him “Will a mind training like Born to Win will have any positive impact on a cancer patient? If you feel yes OnlySuccess would like to offer seats for some of your cancer patients in the upcoming July 08 Born to Win.” Dr. M.A.Raja also felt a strong yes and he decided to send some of them to the upcoming Born to Win. By the law of Super Power Nature we expect medical miracles to happen! I am sure you are with me on this.

Defintiely the Whoosh committee has made a commendable job to organize such a nice event. Hats off Whoosh!

Inner Health Inaugural

It was a great moment to launch the Inner Health course on 15th of March 2008. As you know I strongly associate the Inner Health with the wonderful flowers. It is to be enjoyed and it can only be exprienced. The experience of the having the great Inner Health is amazing.

We were fortunate to have one of the greatest personality for the Inaugural function Mr.Murali of Sri Krishna Sweets. He was wonderful and his vibrations filled the hall.

He made so many management concepts simple. It drove the messages straight to the heart. On hearing about his speech there are lot of requests came up to me to share some of his wisdoms. Definitely I will do the same shortly. Once compiled it will help you to learn some of the greatest management concepts.

Inner Health has the great mission of providing the True Energy to the particpants. It is about the two most significant things on Health - Body and Mind. How mind has an influence on the health and how your body has unbelievable impact on your health. Dr.Kousalya brought all her greatest knowledge on antiaging and lifestyle management on to the program.

You all deserve a great Inner Health. It is there is stay with you for ever. Live greatly!!!

Power of Your Memory - One of the greatest works

I feel really wonderful for Praveen and Nirmala for their awesome effort on bringing out their first book Power of Your Memory. I am really excited to think the kind of impact what the book will create in the lives of children. The books teaches the Principles of Memory, some of the amazing techniques like linking and pegging and more. The wonderful part is the meticulous job what they have done to include lot of examples, good numbers from the text books.

I dont have to brief about the authors: Praveen is one of the greatest trainer and also my Director of Training. Nirmala has her won experiences of training children and today she creates miracles in the lives of others. I have the privilege of sharing the stage with both of them in the BORN to WIN and Superbkids/Superbteens Training Programs. Definitely you people have really given the best to the readers! Keep going. I am really excited on your work because:

It will have an impact on lots of peoples life.
This work will bring out more potential from others.
This work will unleash the memory capabilities of millions.

My wishes to the authors and I am sure every reader will be benefited by this work. Never miss their opening story of Adam and Eve. It really breaks the biggest lousiest belief, “My memory is Bad”. It tells you if you are reading what I have written right now it is because you remember the shapes of English letters and how to pronounce it. Never miss to read the conclusion of the story in their book:). Let us cheer up for them and wish the book to be in the best sellers list!

My First Book is Out! - Sweep Thourgh Your Interviews: Outcome of the Ultimate Success Formula

I am sure many of you know the kind of challanges I underwent to bring out my first book, Sweep Through Your Inerviews. Almost four years back it was done and the full script was ready. I went to 4 different publishers. Here is my experience.

One of the biggest name to whom I went straight away turned down telling they are not interested.

Second one again a big name in the publishing industry, gave me a committment in writing on their letter head that they will publish the book. I gave the entire content and there was no movement for almost 4 months. I was following up and finally by the end of one year they said we cant do it now. I was telling to myself, ‘If I can’t then I must’!

Third one was even more closer as interestingly I had my one of my ex-classmates heading the marketing division for that publisher. Definitely again they are a big name! Proof reading was done and they asked me to do lots of changes, I have over 30-40 different email communications with them advising me to alter certain parts of the book to make it a better reading experience for the readers. It was done and the process took over one year! When the book was about to go for typesetting there were lots of internal changes for them and my book was kept on hold and finally I heard ‘Publishing this is not possible now!’. This was the hardest hit in the journey of publishing my first book. That really inspired me to start off ‘101 Secrets of Effective Parenting’. This told me there is a purpose behind every experience what we have in our life.

Almost by the end of 4 years I came across New Century Publishing House who were greatly interested in bringing out this book. They are the ones who have published good number of Dr.Abdul Kalam’s book. They did this in a record time of 2 months and the book is out! It was a great experience to hold the first copy of the book in my hand. The dream come true. End of it I thank each and every one of you for the awesome faith what you had on me to make this happen.
