Success Can’t Give You Happiness, Only GROWTH Can!

As I am writing this, I am also doing my last but one children camp in INDIA!  Yesterday was the  “Transformation Day” and it was a great experience.  I just spent the whole day with wonderful set of children.   May be i should have done several hundreds of ‘Total Truth Process’ to thousands and definitely what we had yesterday was a unique experience.  People who have coaches before  should know what I am talking about.  Every child is unique and every experience does not have any parallel.

Today is the last day, the ‘Inspiration Day’.  What we do today?  Children step out to create their exam goal posters and their life plan.  Through this process they join the 3% of the people in the world who have structured their goals, who have a written plan for their life.  What difference this can make in their life?  Incredible difference!  Some you should be knowing what happened in the Yale University?

In the year 1953, in Yale University there was a survey done with the outgoing graduates. All the outgoing students have been asked the question:  What is it you want to do in your life? Out of all the students almost 97% of them said “I dont know” and the remaining 3% have created their life plan and they were very clear what they wanted in life.

20 years later the study continued to find out what those students do in their life.  They checked various factors and one of the factors what they were checking is ‘how much wealth’ those students have created in their life!   The 3% of students created three times more wealth than the remaining 97% of the students. Though it sounds only like 3 times actually it is more.  Assume the 97% together made 100 million $ and 3% made 300 million, in reality, the 100 million is shared by 97% of people and 300 million is shared by just 3% of people.  They were greatly successful in life.

Why?  Not because they got a better education or they are more lucky, just because they structured their goals in their life.  This story is what motivates me every time when I step in to share the strategies of creating their  goals!  Shortly I am going to be on stage to share with them the life changing strategies for  creating their GOALS and LIFE PLANS.

Today when I look back all the camps what we did in India for children, I just cant believe the path what I travelled.  It is hard to believe.  I never even in my dream thought I can train children or thought of doing it when we started training.  I thought that is the toughest task in the world!  I was greatly scared for the first time.  You what to know what more happened during our first camp?  Third day morning of the first camp was ‘Tsunami’  and I cant never forget that day.  4th day morning there was a rumor that one of the biggest political leader has passed away and the entire city was upside down.  There were lot of phone calls from parents are you going to postpone the camp? Can it not be done later?  etc.  We need to hold on and say, ‘Camp Will Happen!’  send your child please.

From there:
Today SK/ST camps are moments of joy, inspiration and happiness!  I love kids like crazy! I love every child who walk into the training hall!  Every camp has hundreds of miraculous moment! Children and parents belonging to 40 different nationalities go through the program and  we get this wonderful opportunity to empower more and more kids!

Though I know for life time I cant disassociate myself from training those angels,  when I decided to step of out doing Children camps in India, what is the emotion I am  going through right now?  Is it a Moment of

Joy?
Happiness?
Sadness?
Sorrow?
Incredible mix of emotions?

I know you will vote for the last choice – INCREDIBE MIX OF EMOTIONS.  Superbkids/Superbteens is one of my brain child, one program which made me understand how capable I am!, One Program which told me ‘Life Will Never Be the Same’.
Why this is the last camp for me in India?

You all know my fear!  How many more lives I will be able to empower in my life span? How many more people are there in this world who MUST experience OnlySuccess Training Program?  The gap is so high and it can no way come closer!

That is when I decided if I decide to do all by myself, I can train only little people, may be 15000-20000 in a year.  Always people come up to ask me ‘Vidya, why don’t you do this program in city or Town or village.  You name a city or town, there are people always wanted me to do this program. How to do it?  That too how to reach every part of our huge country?

We all know one thing:   “Anything is Possible, It is the question of right strategy!”

TRAIN AS MANY TRAINERS WHO CAN GIVE THE EXPERIENCE WHAT ME AND PRAVEEN CAN & CREATE AS MANY CENTERS AS POSSIBLE ALL CROSS THE COUNTRY!

So me training in India for the last the time is the first initiative.  It is a tough emotional decision but you all know once we control or conquer our emotions then only we experience GROWTH!

Me stepping out of training children in India also means, we have a strategy not to reach unlimited number of children in this Country who really deserve to be a CHAMPION in their life.

When I thought about the concept of ATTRACT THE OUTCOME YOUR DESERVE first, it not because I wanted to find something new, it is because of the kind of challenges what I was going through myself.   There are times I have put in all the efforts and I was sure I should get the results what I want, but it has not happened!  It is not just once but several times or almost daily.  I started thinking why it happens to me alone!  But the truth is “want” is an universal human experience, almost every human over 95% experience this every day!  When I say want, it is not just, 
I want a Car, I want an House or I want more Money.  It is also ‘I want more happiness in my life’, ‘I want the best for my children’, ‘I want the world to be a better place to live’ etc. 

Why? Is the world so cruel?  Is the life so painful?  Is the creations in the world are so negative?  Never!  I was started going deeper into myself to find out the answer.  NLP’s basic theory thought me if you need to find a solution for anything check if the answer is already available.  What I mean is check the strategy of those 5% of people who use some methodology to get that massive results what they want every day!  

I found some of the truths:  
1. They dont think they ‘WANT’ it, instead they feel “I DESERVE IT”
2. They dont go towards it, but they prepare themselves to “ATTRACT IT”
3. They are very clear about the OUTCOME.

Putting all these together is when I created “ATTRACT THE OUTCOME YOU DESERVE”.   It is about pulling out every bit of negativity and bringing in all possible positivity into your system.  It is a process and it is continuous.  You need to train yourselves mentally, emotionally and physically to achieve the same.  

Over a period the process is so much evolved and today it is so powerful to attract certain amazing stuff into your life.  I want you to be mentally ready now to face the experience.  It is going to be a special session where I expect every BTW graduate to come in.  Special for the graduates of BTW because I am going to throw down a challenge.

It is incredible, the most  fortunate/unfortunate event in my life.  Just last night my whole family after a great trip were coming back to Chennai (India)  and definitely I cant blame the driver because he never knew how to speed up!  By about 11 pm, we just heard a bang from the back (another bigger vehicle hit us from the back) and our car was rolling! I can still hear the  BANGING sound.  The screaming sound of myself and my whole family still loud and clear.  The next few minutes are… I don’t know how to explain.  I know we all are rolling and we are rolling.   Finally the car was upside down and stopped.  I know I have to do something to save myself and family……….  I saw the window glass, broke it I think, (it is a MUST and your mind becomes 1000 times more Powerful as you have to survive),  I came out and the car…car is upside down and my whole family is inside with two little kids!

There were people who came to rescue.  I along with all of them pushed the car to bring the wheels to the ground.  That moment I was literally screaming.   I did ‘nt have the courage to look inside the car, but I saw.    Some miracle must have happened.   I felt the touch of the greatest resources of this universe. It was MAGICAL,it was MIRACULOUS.  I saw all of them alive!  All of them in full!  Just cant believe it!   They all have been pulled out and believe me every one of us were alive and safe including the driver.  

I am reborn.  Even for small challenges and happenings I always used to feel there is a reason and purpose.  Now the biggest question: What is the purpose of our rebirth.   My wife told me ‘Your trainings and differences what you have created in others life have saved our children and Father’ .  

It incredible to believe,  I am back!  Reborn!  I got a new lease of life.   Is there a purpose for it?  Definitely.  

I promise I will empower more and more lives for rest of my whole life, what ever I have left out.  I understand every moment I going to live from now is a GIFT.  It has to be so meaningful and no way it can be spent on mean things.

I might have gone last night, but still I am alive to give this message to thousands of you.  I always feel the positive vibrations what all those people whom I know, whom I trained, touches me. It was around my family every moment to save all of them.

So many times I have asked in trainings ‘Have you had a close to death experience?’   I can sympathize who ever shared with me their experience.  But I never heard somebody close to that final moment and back to life.  It is a miracle.  I definitely feel  deep from heart, what we always incantate:   

“I am the Voice,
I am the Force of Truth,
I believe I  Can,
I am Born to Win,
Step up!”

What is the Greatest Purpose?
I am /we all are alive after this event.   ‘What is that Greatest Purpose’ of my life?   I feel totally guided.

Whatever I do is several million times smaller than what ever I am destined for?  Is that the message given to me?  Why my life is designed this way?  

Today is a gift to me and my family.  Every moment I live is a new lease of life, is a gift given.  It is a new beginning…..
New beginning to touch more and more lives.  

The momentum is on.  We are very close to Born to Win 14.  It is great to look back the journey that how Born to Win has empowered thousands of participants and supported them to elevate to the next level in life.

It was a totally a new and awesome experience. We just finished the Dubai camp (last week Abu Dhabi Camp was completed) which is one of the biggest children camps ever done. It was full of energy, fun, excitement and many super special emotions. As I always say the success of the Children camp is always dedicated to the great efforts of the coaching team. The entire coaching team (both the ACoaches and the Coaches) needs a big ’salute!’ You people were awesome and you are the people who made it happen.

The team of Assistant Coaches Apoorva, Adil, Swathi, Shruthi, Natasha, Kiran Madhu, Pranav, Gauthami, Sukjit, Abraham, Sagar Suri, Richard - You people were so inspiring and really made a tremendous difference in the amount of energy we experiened inside the hall! I love you all deep from my heart. I am going to miss you people till the time we meet next.

The Coaches from India Bhaskaran (Program Director), Manohar, Uma, Sudharshan; Coaches from Dubai/Sharjah Mathew, Hasan, Richard, Abdul Ghani, Beena, George. Each and every one of you made a huge difference in the life of those wonderful children. You all were totally guided and so certain on what you were doing. I wish this camp gives you all a new learning, and all the support required to move to the next level in your life.

As usual: Nirmala - your training and coaching made tremendous difference. Like how Richard Coach said, let the Force of Guidance be your voice!
Abhayan - You are like the basement of the huge building. Your efforts were the foundation for this greatest experience what we all had together.
Sendhil’s presence gave every bit of moral support required.

It is not only these set of people but each and every one who is part of OnlySuccess and every one who has coached in the past - your thoughts were always with us.

These days were not only the greatest days for the children but also for me. I am wondering how come in this camp there were so many varieties of people. The truth is no two children are similar. Interestingly in this camp every child was so different and that was the reason for such a great experience. I thank the super power nature for giving this greatest privilege to touch the lives of so many children and their parents. Let the children remain the way they walked out of the camp for ever in their life!

I am sure you know right now camps are going on back to back for children.  In addition to what ever camps that got over in India there are four more camps coming up in UAE - Dubai, Sharjah and Abu Dhabi.  Obviously I love this period a lot. 

Lots of training, lots of coaching, and lots of fun.  More than all it is a great feeling of supporting the children to change their lives for ever.  Once common question I always hear from coaches is ‘Why Coaching is Addictive?’ 

Addictive means anything which you cannot stop easily.  Anything that you gives you a great feeling when you do, when you get indulged. Anything that you want to do it again and again, where heart takes over the mind.

I have always found two kinds of addictions:
1. Negative addictions - They are the ones that destroys us internally and physically in the long run.   Smoking, drinking, uncontrollable time spent on TV / internet, excessive sleeping etc

2. ???????? ????? ????????Positive addictions - They allow us to grow stronger emotionally and show our inner strengths.  Coaching is one among those positive addictions.

What creates the addictions in the coaching:  Anything that gives you an emotional ‘high’ always turns out to be an addictive behaviour.  When you are a coach to somebody you become a roll model for others.  People look up to you as a person whom they can trust, whom they can model and whom they can admire.  These factors push you to see yourself differently.  It helps you to easily come out of some of your lousy patters which you wanted to step out for years together. 

Like any new behaviour to set in for the first time always there is a resistance.  That is the reason I even see people come back to coach after one or even 2 years from the time they finish the Born to Win program.  But the interesting part is once they come in they realise that it is addictive.  They keep coming back for coaching.  It give an emotional ‘high’.  It makes you more disciplined.  It shows a new you.  It pushes your identity to the next better level.  It makes you grow internally. It creates the opportunity to make a difference in others life which for many of the coaches what I have seen is a first time experience.

I love positive addictions.  In fact that makes you grow faster.  Keep increasing your list of positive addictions and grow stronger internally.  Keep coaching….Say I love Coaching.

I am greatful to the Super Power Nature for giving the resources to OnlySuccess Foundation for funding the education of good number of underprevilaged children.  These set of children who will be funded for thier upcoming year education are the ones who struggle to meet their requirement to pay their fees in their schools/colleges.  Some of them have only one parent and some of them without this support may withdraw the schooling though the parents really want them to continue. 

 There are several of you who have contributed to the OnlySuccess Foundation Fund which goes for this cause - PROVIDING EDUCATION TO THE NEEDY.  At this moment I request everyone who read this post to participate in the event and extend your greatest support for the event.  As you know your feelings go a long way.  Let us give our love and support to those wonderful set of children who will be benefited from this event.  Let us make the world a better place to live!

Last Sunday, it was an amazing Whoosh Event by Dr.M.A.Raja, Oncologist from Apollo.  What touched me instantly when I met Dr.M.A.Raja was his huge respect for human emotions.  I saw him more as a human than only as a Doctor.  He mentioned why he chose to be a Doctor when he was just 7!.  It was a well defined goal for him and he made that happen in his life.   His grandfather was a Doctor and he saw people walking into his room crying but when they were coming out they were happy. He saw his grandfather as a magician, a person who wanted to wipe off the tears of others.  He also wanted to be a magician in others life, a person who can wipe of others tears.

That gave him intense passion to be a Doctor.  It was a great story.  Obviously that is what made him a great Doctor - The passion to wipe off others tears.  It was inspiring!

If you have misses some of his great wisdoms here in I am going to list down for you.  Dr.M.A.Raja being a senior Oncologist we definitely had some amazing learnings from him.   The crux what really he drove in our minds are here:

A. He brought in the great example of Lance Amstrong, the guy who won cancer.  His story was inspiringn and definitely I will share more about him in my postings.

B. Some of the major risk factors that causes cancer: 
1. Genes:  Though it is one of the major factor there are research studies going on to even rework the genes.  I was wondering one day you can walk into a clinic and change your gene and come back.  How the life will change and what the way world will look like?  Great to think about.

2.  Pollution: Be aware of this and follow some basic rules to keep yourself away from pollution.

3. Evolution of Humans:  Today because of technology advancements we do little activities with our body and more and more activitiy using brain.  Once out of office the brain still have to work on lot of stuff, as you watch TV, as you engage in looking for information online etc.  Bring in lot of motion to your body.

4. Food:  His classification was simple; a) Cancer causing food b) Clogging food c) Foods boycotted for political or environmental reaons.  He told a strong No to Red meat.  If you are the one who takes lot of red meat either stop it or reduce it to one third today!  If are thinking how, use the techniques of NLP to break your craving for food that you must not take.

5. 6. Smoking:  You know the fact?  30% of cancer across the world is becuase of smoking.  Simple:  Stop it!

7. Life Style:  Look at your lifestyle.   It has to be energizing.  Every day routine of yours must be healthy and energetic. 

8. Infections:  Remember you have total control on what infections can affect and what cannot.  It is about how you eat and what you eat. 

It was great to have him here.  Definitely it added lots of insight into some of our prespectives of life.  I stepped on to the stage and asked him “Will a mind training like Born to Win will have any positive impact on a cancer patient?  If you feel yes OnlySuccess would like to offer seats for some of your cancer patients in the upcoming July 08 Born to Win.”  Dr. M.A.Raja also felt a strong yes and he decided to send some of them to the upcoming Born to Win.  By the law of Super Power Nature we expect medical miracles to happen!  I am sure you are with me on this. 

Defintiely the Whoosh committee has made a commendable job to organize such a nice event. Hats off Whoosh!

It was a mind blowing experience!  Today morning I am sure you all are aware about the Awareness Walk from OnlySuccess Foundation at the Marina Beach - “Connecting with the Children of God”.  It is for a great cause.  The walk was to bring in the awareness to more and more people that they can play a meaningful role in providing the education for the under privileged children.

Right from yesterday night there were calls coming in at OnlySuccess, primarily Parents of Superbkids/Superbteens Graduates checking if the even is going to happen as there were predictions for rain and it was also raining.  BORN to WIN graduates know Rain Cant Stop this great walk!

I am back!!  It was an awesome show whoosh has organized to bring in Suhas Gopinath.  Suhas Gopinath is running a multinational organization with over 500 employees world wide operating in 11 countries.   How you expect him to look like?  See his picture below! 

Don’t think this picture was taken years back when he was young.  They were just taken day before when he was in OnlySuccess!  Suhas, is the youngest CEO of the world when he was 16.  Right now he is the final year Engineering student with MS Ramaiah Engineering College.  He started of his company  when he was just 14 and today Suhas is 21 and the CEO of Globals Inc.  and rocking the whole world.   He is the visiting faculty with Indian Institute of Management (IIM) - I know you will read this again- There are no typeo error, it is correct!
