Success Can’t Give You Happiness, Only GROWTH Can!

When I thought about the concept of ATTRACT THE OUTCOME YOUR DESERVE first, it not because I wanted to find something new, it is because of the kind of challenges what I was going through myself.   There are times I have put in all the efforts and I was sure I should get the results what I want, but it has not happened!  It is not just once but several times or almost daily.  I started thinking why it happens to me alone!  But the truth is “want” is an universal human experience, almost every human over 95% experience this every day!  When I say want, it is not just, 
I want a Car, I want an House or I want more Money.  It is also ‘I want more happiness in my life’, ‘I want the best for my children’, ‘I want the world to be a better place to live’ etc. 

Why? Is the world so cruel?  Is the life so painful?  Is the creations in the world are so negative?  Never!  I was started going deeper into myself to find out the answer.  NLP’s basic theory thought me if you need to find a solution for anything check if the answer is already available.  What I mean is check the strategy of those 5% of people who use some methodology to get that massive results what they want every day!  

I found some of the truths:  
1. They dont think they ‘WANT’ it, instead they feel “I DESERVE IT”
2. They dont go towards it, but they prepare themselves to “ATTRACT IT”
3. They are very clear about the OUTCOME.

Putting all these together is when I created “ATTRACT THE OUTCOME YOU DESERVE”.   It is about pulling out every bit of negativity and bringing in all possible positivity into your system.  It is a process and it is continuous.  You need to train yourselves mentally, emotionally and physically to achieve the same.  

Over a period the process is so much evolved and today it is so powerful to attract certain amazing stuff into your life.  I want you to be mentally ready now to face the experience.  It is going to be a special session where I expect every BTW graduate to come in.  Special for the graduates of BTW because I am going to throw down a challenge.

It is incredible, the most  fortunate/unfortunate event in my life.  Just last night my whole family after a great trip were coming back to Chennai (India)  and definitely I cant blame the driver because he never knew how to speed up!  By about 11 pm, we just heard a bang from the back (another bigger vehicle hit us from the back) and our car was rolling! I can still hear the  BANGING sound.  The screaming sound of myself and my whole family still loud and clear.  The next few minutes are… I don’t know how to explain.  I know we all are rolling and we are rolling.   Finally the car was upside down and stopped.  I know I have to do something to save myself and family……….  I saw the window glass, broke it I think, (it is a MUST and your mind becomes 1000 times more Powerful as you have to survive),  I came out and the car…car is upside down and my whole family is inside with two little kids!

There were people who came to rescue.  I along with all of them pushed the car to bring the wheels to the ground.  That moment I was literally screaming.   I did ‘nt have the courage to look inside the car, but I saw.    Some miracle must have happened.   I felt the touch of the greatest resources of this universe. It was MAGICAL,it was MIRACULOUS.  I saw all of them alive!  All of them in full!  Just cant believe it!   They all have been pulled out and believe me every one of us were alive and safe including the driver.  

I am reborn.  Even for small challenges and happenings I always used to feel there is a reason and purpose.  Now the biggest question: What is the purpose of our rebirth.   My wife told me ‘Your trainings and differences what you have created in others life have saved our children and Father’ .  

It incredible to believe,  I am back!  Reborn!  I got a new lease of life.   Is there a purpose for it?  Definitely.  

I promise I will empower more and more lives for rest of my whole life, what ever I have left out.  I understand every moment I going to live from now is a GIFT.  It has to be so meaningful and no way it can be spent on mean things.

I might have gone last night, but still I am alive to give this message to thousands of you.  I always feel the positive vibrations what all those people whom I know, whom I trained, touches me. It was around my family every moment to save all of them.  

I don’t know how to thank the SUPER POWER NATURE, and its design!
I don’t know how to thank every Born to Win Participant!
I don’t know how to thank so many kids and their parents of Superbkids and Superbteens!
I don’t know how to thank all those wonderful people with OnlySuccess!
I don’t know how to thank my kith and kin!
I don’t know how to thank every human I know!
I don’t know whom to thank.

But I know every creature  deserves a thanks!
Thanks for the Greatest GIFT –My life as it is!

So many times I have asked in trainings ‘Have you had a close to death experience?’   I can sympathize who ever shared with me their experience.  But I never heard somebody close to that final moment and back to life.  It is a miracle.  I definitely feel  deep from heart, what we always incantate:   

“I am the Voice,
I am the Force of Truth,
I believe I  Can,
I am Born to Win,
Step up!”

What is the Greatest Purpose?
I am /we all are alive after this event.   ‘What is that Greatest Purpose’ of my life?   I feel totally guided.

Whatever I do is several million times smaller than what ever I am destined for?  Is that the message given to me?  Why my life is designed this way?  

Today is a gift to me and my family.  Every moment I live is a new lease of life, is a gift given.  It is a new beginning…..
New beginning to touch more and more lives.  

I am sure many of you know the kind of challanges I underwent to bring out my first book, Sweep Through Your Inerviews. Almost four years back it was done and the full script was ready. I went to 4 different publishers. Here is my experience.

One of the biggest name to whom I went straight away turned down telling they are not interested.

Second one again a big name in the publishing industry, gave me a committment in writing on their letter head that they will publish the book. I gave the entire content and there was no movement for almost 4 months. I was following up and finally by the end of one year they said we cant do it now. I was telling to myself, ‘If I can’t then I must’!

Third one was even more closer as interestingly I had my one of my ex-classmates heading the marketing division for that publisher. Definitely again they are a big name! Proof reading was done and they asked me to do lots of changes, I have over 30-40 different email communications with them advising me to alter certain parts of the book to make it a better reading experience for the readers. It was done and the process took over one year! When the book was about to go for typesetting there were lots of internal changes for them and my book was kept on hold and finally I heard ‘Publishing this is not possible now!’. This was the hardest hit in the journey of publishing my first book. That really inspired me to start off ‘101 Secrets of Effective Parenting’. This told me there is a purpose behind every experience what we have in our life.

Almost by the end of 4 years I came across New Century Publishing House who were greatly interested in bringing out this book. They are the ones who have published good number of Dr.Abdul Kalam’s book. They did this in a record time of 2 months and the book is out! It was a great experience to hold the first copy of the book in my hand. The dream come true. End of it I thank each and every one of you for the awesome faith what you had on me to make this happen.

I am back!!  It was an awesome show whoosh has organized to bring in Suhas Gopinath.  Suhas Gopinath is running a multinational organization with over 500 employees world wide operating in 11 countries.   How you expect him to look like?  See his picture below! 

Don’t think this picture was taken years back when he was young.  They were just taken day before when he was in OnlySuccess!  Suhas, is the youngest CEO of the world when he was 16.  Right now he is the final year Engineering student with MS Ramaiah Engineering College.  He started of his company  when he was just 14 and today Suhas is 21 and the CEO of Globals Inc.  and rocking the whole world.   He is the visiting faculty with Indian Institute of Management (IIM) - I know you will read this again- There are no typeo error, it is correct!

I am so privileged and overwhelmed with the feeling of greatness when so many of you visited this page as I announced the launch of www.vidyashankar.net . Some of you also passed on your comments, thoughts over email, on the blog itself and at OnlySuccess phone number. Many of you where sharing the BORN to WIN language and it was great to hear. I got good number of comments regarding the OnlySuccess Dubai Story like, HAPPENS FOR A PURPOSE, THERE ARE NO FAILURES ONLY FEEDBACK, PAST=/= FUTURE etc. It made my day.
