From NOW, You don’t have to feel TIRED or DEPRESSED! Here is the SIMPLE POWERFUL TOOL to come out of it

I often hear from people, ‘Vidya I feel tired now a days! Am I getting older?’. There are also times I used to hear from people, ‘I feel very depressed and I don’t know why’.

Worst solution is going to a physician or talking to a psychiatrist will land you up on a vicious cycle! I have even come across people taking anti-depressants and later figure out it is of no use, in fact they feel even more depressed as they get into a thought that mentally they are not ok! No body likes to see themselves as mentally imbalanced! Continuous Feeling of Tiredness also Contributes to Depression though.

I heard people telling hormonal imbalance causes depression, primarily women during their menstrual cycle. (But I want you remember there are women who do comedy role plays during that time!).

Not having enough sleep or doing too much work, can cause tiredness – Again I want you to understand some of the greatest leaders who inspire others sleep little and work longer.

So what is the real truth? Feeling TIRED or DEPRESSED is more to do with Mind than to do with BODY!

There are two types of depression, one that is a reaction to life events such as a stressful time or upsetting event. The other is clinical depression and seems to come out of the blue. Sad depressed mood, feeling tired with hardly any energy, sleeping much more or not being able to sleep, eating more or not feeling like eating. It is also common to isolate away and to not want to do things you used to like. Your doctor will be able to help.

The truth is people feel depressed often not a result of the realities of current or recent circumstances, but rather is an issue of PERCEPTION of circumstances. Basically what this means is that, no matter how good things actually are now, if you perceive things to be bad then you will be more likely to be depressed. Also, even if you perceive things to be good now, if you perceive that things will not be good in the future, this can also lead to depression.

Let me tell you the most powerful way to come of feeling depressed and tired? As I said 90% is your perception and just 10% is your body. What is the most powerful way?

STOP TELLING “I am tired”. Never say “I am depressed”. Because that is the easiest way to feel tiered and depressed. It is simple but powerful. I have taken this thoughts to millions and almost all them say I is great and it works like a magic in my mind body. For you to handle the remaining 10% you can choose to do the following:

If you haven’t been getting much exercise, do it
If haven’t been eating well or eating too much fine tune the same
Spend time with certain special people and friends
Go out and do something fun that you love
Go for a holiday or
Take up some social classes like dancing, pain ting or join a yoga class.
Get involved in spiritual stuff
Become more than what you are by spending time for social cause

The most important:
Celebrate LIFE!!!
