Success Can’t Give You Happiness, Only GROWTH Can!

I am so privileged and overwhelmed with the feeling of greatness when so many of you visited this page as I announced the launch of www.vidyashankar.net . Some of you also passed on your comments, thoughts over email, on the blog itself and at OnlySuccess phone number. Many of you where sharing the BORN to WIN language and it was great to hear. I got good number of comments regarding the OnlySuccess Dubai Story like, HAPPENS FOR A PURPOSE, THERE ARE NO FAILURES ONLY FEEDBACK, PAST=/= FUTURE etc. It made my day. Also several of you were asking about the OnlySuccess Foundation.

Apart from the graduates of BORN to WIN and Parent of a Superbkids /Superbteens there are also so many others willing to join me in the Noble cause. I have decided to share more about the OnlySuccess Foundation and I have also added more information about the same.I am sure you should be aware that OnlySuccess Learning Technologies is not just started as a business entity but a creature of PASSION, PURPOSE and BY THE GUIDANCE OF THE SUPERPOWER NATURE. As days were rolling and we were growing at an incredible phase. (geographical reach, number of people trained and employed), there came a BIGGER CALL. As we train thousands of children every year I always used to think, Why Life is Unfair? Why not every child in the world receives opportunity to get educated and achieve more things in their life? Why there are majority of children who are deprived of food, shelter, love, affection, care and support? Another major clan of people who affected my thought a lot are the ones who know when they are going to die the patients who are terminally ill. Only one thing what they experience every moment by being in the world is PAIN. The patients who are terminally ill, who know they are going to die before a specified date, loose every bit of interest in life, go cranky, feel totally dejected! No medicines and doctors can save them, and what they pray for is lesser painful death! If you were part of BORN to WIN 11 you should be aware we sponsored about 5 terminally ill cancer patients and 4 Oncologist to provide continuous care to be part of the training program. Two of them are so much ill that where having a bed to lie down during the program itself. They made the choice to do even the FireWalk on the first day, was a mind blowing experience for every participant and the coaches. What we are going to do about it? The same force that guides us every day gave the biggest push to make the world a better place to live “ OnlySuccess Foundation was created! We at OnlySuccess Learning Technologies, created OnlySuccess Foundation (OSF) which is a 100% non profit organization. This organization is paving a way for the children, professionals, parents, business owners and home makers who care for the society to channelize their resources for the betterment of the world. OSF is formed to create a better life for Orphan Children and Terminally ill patients. When we announced the Foundation was created, money started flowing in “ several graduates of OnlySuccess, Parents donated generously. The way OSF was run also made it eligible to provide Income Tax exemption for all the donations received under Sec 80G for Indian Donors. When one of the TShirt with my signature was auctioned to generate fund for OSF in BORN to WIN training was purchased at 75,000 Indian Rupee (1600 US Dollars). On that day, I felt there is a bigger PURPOSE than whatever I thought it is! For a T Shirt it was a big money.

We also had an awareness walk where several people participated to convey the message “We need to make the world a better place to live.”OSF is providing education to the deprived children, provide financial assistance and mental strength to patients and doctors for handling the suppose to be terminal diseases with the powerful techniques / methodologies of NLP, and build an orphanage.
