Lots of time people have asked me ‘How it is possible? No body have done this in the past.’ My answer is always create the Roger Bannister Phenomenon. What is Roger Bannister Phenomenon?
In 50s the entire world was ruled by a strong belief that no human can cross a distance of one mile in less than 4 minutes. There were even warnings from doctors if any human being even ‘try’ they will collapse to death. Bannister’s on May 6, 1954, in a meet at Oxford, competing for the British Amateur Athletic Association, crossed a mile in 3:59.4. minutes. The unbreakable record had been broken. At age 25, Roger Bannister had made history.

Definitely the world said WOW! But the most stunning fact is within a month, the Australian runner John Landy had broken even Bannister’s record! In the same year 1954 over 30 people across the world crossed a mile in less than four minutes and in the next year over 300 people crossed a mile in less than four minutes!! What is means? If it is done once immediately we accept it is possible. What I am asking you today is can you be a Roger Bannister? Look at some of the things what you have kept aside because no body else have done it, and do it today!
